ACTRIS – What is the deal?
ACTRIS can be purchased as Software-as-a-Service and used by you and your team(s) based on an annual subscription fee.
Included in the subscription:
- a mutually signed Service Level Agreement
- Set-up of your ACTRIS site/instance
- a basic (hands-on) training via WebEx or similar, incl. a User Manual
- Monitored e-mail support via a dedicated e-mail address
- Remote assistance where needed
- Almost unlimited* use of your ACTRIS (via regular browser or Jira Cloud App), by your team , and
- two ‘templates’, one for use in your ‘Remote Monitoring Visit Report’ and on for ‘On-site Monitoring Visit Report’
