ACTRIS – What is the deal?

ACTRIS can be purchased as Software-as-a-Service and used by you and your team(s) based on an annual subscription fee.

Included in the subscription:

  • a mutually signed Service Level Agreement
  • Set-up of your ACTRIS site/instance
  • a basic (hands-on) training via WebEx or similar, incl. a User Manual
  • Monitored e-mail support via a dedicated e-mail address
  • Remote assistance where needed
  • Almost unlimited* use of your ACTRIS (via regular browser or Jira Cloud App), by your team , and
  • two ‘templates’, one for use in your ‘Remote Monitoring Visit Report’ and on for ‘On-site Monitoring Visit Report’
